In-house Training
Training delivered to groups from the same organisation, either online or in-person. This training can be tailored to the needs of a particular organisation.
Contact Person Training
Often, internal policies such as the dignity at work policy, provide for the services of a contact person. This person is expected to provide information to those considering, or subjected to, internal complaints. Their role is confined, and they cannot offer advice, however, they must be capable of explaining the process and the definitions contained therein. We offer an all-encompassing contact persons' training to ensure that your contact persons are ready for the task at hand.
Sexual Harassment Awareness Training
It is crucial for a company and its employees that all are aware of what is expected of them under employment equality legislation, and in particular, from a sexual harassment perspective. We make this often uncomfortable training interacting and engaging for all participants, and provide an employer with the means of defending potential claims at a later date. .
Workplace Investigations (Intro)
Workplace investigations are now commonplace in Ireland. While certain investigations require external investigators, many do not. Where possible, organisations may prefer to manage investigations in-house. This course is an introduction to workplace investigations for prospective internal workplace investigators. Prospective investigators can build on the knowledge obtained in this course with our intermediary and advanced offerings.
Workplace Investigations (Intermediate)
Where internal investigators are not novices, however, do not have considerable experience in investigations, we recommend our intermediate training. We assume a level of knowledge beyond that of a beginner and focus in on finer tasks such as, for example, adhering to terms of reference, setting up interviews, and basic interviewing skills.
Workplace Investigations (Advanced)
Training designed for seasoned internal investigators seeking to fine-tune their skills, such as their investigative interviewing skills and dealing with procedural objections.
Advanced Investigative Interviewing
This is an advanced course offered intended for seasoned investigators seeking to hone their investigative interviewing skills. This course will address interviewing planning and preparation and questioning skills.
