After the very promising results seen in the report by Oisín Gilmore entitled, "A Four Day Week for Ireland?" and related international research, Beo Consultancy has taken the decision to implement a 4-day work week on a trial basis for the benefit of our staff, and overall benefit to our clients and the organisation.
We remain available to clients at all times in urgent situations, but this change will allow our staff the opportunity to recharge in a way that we believe is necessary in the modern working world.
Modern working practices have come a long way since paperwork really was paperwork and presentations required acetate slides. We work faster than ever before, and we believe it's time that this was reflected in our rest time.
We can't wait to tell you how the trial goes!
